The system comprises an electro-hydraulic pump unit mounted under the body. Operator controls are pendant mounted and installed at the right hand side of the driver's seat base.

  • Visual indication in cab (LED on pendant) of pressurised hydraulic circuit

  • Hose burst protection valve built into ram base
  • External audible indication of 'body up' activated by pump pressure switch

Headboard / bulkhead

  • Replaceable aluminium corner finishers in grey powder coat finish. (Extends 150mm above load bar to form stops.)
  • Wire mesh upper cab protection panel in hot dip galvanised finish. Easily removed for access to cab back panel
  • Four recessed load lashing points of 125kg capacity each

All parts are easily removable for repair or replacement thus minimising 'vehicle off road' timescales to a matter of days, even for heavy accident damage. The electrical installation is fully E.M.C. compliant.

Tailboard
