The Fleet Package Pricing Programme (FPP) allows fleets to better manage and control their service, maintenance and repair spend. Fleet customers always know the maximum price they can expect to pay for service and repair work, no matter which Van Centre they choose.
Through the FPP website, fleets can quickly and easily review the prices of a range of jobs – all of which are driven by manufacturer approved labour times, with parts priced at original Volkswagen part recommended retail prices.
Fleets can use the FPP website as an independent job price validation tool, outside the Epyx 1Link platform. FPP provides transparency on pricing to fleets who can select van centres based on the labour rate they’ve chosen.
More than 95% of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle authorised repairers participate in the programme, providing comprehensive geographical coverage. Participating authorised repairers adhere to the FPP Customer Commitment, offering a consistent level of service with bookings arranged at your convenience.
