BlueMotion Technologies

Our BlueMotion Technologies are designed to reduce the impact Volkswagen vehicles have on the environment. These innovative energy saving and fuel efficient technologies, like DSG dual-clutch gearbox and TDI engines, make our vehicles more economical and reduce emissions. Other BlueMotion Technologies include recuperating energy from braking, advanced aerodynamics, optimised gear ratios, low rolling resistance tyres and the start-stop system.
