Volkswagen van drivers in Warwickshire will be pleased to know that Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has appointed a new Authorised Repairer in Stratford-upon-Avon for parts, servicing and repairs, thanks to new capital investment by the Listers Group.
The Listers Van Service Centre in Western Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, aims to provide a more convenient location for customers in the area who would otherwise have to travel to Listers Volkswagen Van Centres in Coventry or Worcester.
The new facility, incorporated into the site of the Listers Volkswagen car showroom, has required an investment of around £30,000 by the Listers Group to provide a dedicated five tonne commercial vehicle ramp to cater for the biggest Crafter CR50 models, additional staff training and new tools and equipment.
Duncan Sands, Head of Operations at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles said: ‘The appointment of another Authorised Repairer is good news both for our customers and the local economy in Stratford-upon-Avon. It also shows that the Listers Group has the confidence to invest in its Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles business.’
