A network of independent, accredited converters offers almost limitless conversion potential, while meeting the highest standards for our business and yours. They provide the same warranty and after sales support that you’d find on our standard vehicles and must always comply with the following commercial and technical requirements…

Commercial

  • Commercial viability (minimum of 2 years of accounts); no CCJs
  • Match Volkswagen's warranty of 3 years*
  • Quality control process such as BS EN ISO 9001
  • Provide comprehensive after sales facilities
  • Product liability cover of £10 million for passenger carrying vehicles
  • Suitably qualified craftsmen to be used
  • Sign a legal contract agreeing to these conditions

Technical

Undergo an inspection by the Freight Transport Association (FTA); this covers the company's systems, training records of staff, production quality control, design control and product quality. The extent of the inspection can be tailored to suit production complexity.
