If you would like to become an Authorised Repairer for the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles range, we can help you to get setup. You first need to request an Authorised Repairer Application pack which includes the standards and audit checklist. All you need to do is download and send the completed enquiry form with a cheque for £600 made payable to Volkswagen Group UK Limited, to:

We will then post to you an "Applicant Pack" within two weeks of receiving your completed enquiry form and cheque. There is also a charge of £550 for a pre-audit inspection which is carried out further down the application process. Thank you for your interest.
