As part of its ‘Working with You’ promise, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has announced the roll out of extended opening hours across the entire network of 72 Van Centres and 25 Authorised Repairers. This means that customers can have their vehicle serviced or maintained at a time to suit them – and when they don’t need it – on demand.
The service, which is live now, sees every Van Centre and Authorised Repairer offering at least one of four following options:
The extended opening hours service not only accommodates changes in business’ working hours and gives customers greater choice and flexibility, but also helps businesses minimise the impact of costly downtime. As vehicle downtime remains one of the most frustrating elements of fleet management, with this new initiative, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is helping customers manage their fleets proactively and efficiently.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles was last month named Van Fleet World’s Manufacturer of the Year, citing add-on initiatives such as extended opening hours and ‘working With You’ as key to its success.
