Our showrooms and workshops across the UK are now open for a full range of services, except where local restrictions are in place. As always, we strive to provide the same high quality experience that you have come to expect from us, so please watch our videos below to see some of the changes we’ve made to our sales and aftersales processes aimed at keeping you safe.

Please note that where it is now a requirement to wear a face covering in a shop or supermarket, this also applies to our Van Centres. You can check what’s required here

New measures

We have introduced new measures to help ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Preparing for your visit

In order to maintain social distancing and manage the volume of visitors to our sites, please book an appointment before you visit your local Van Centre. We ask that, where possible, you only bring one other person from your household. Please note that where it is now a requirement to wear a face covering in a shop or supermarket, this also applies to our Van Centres. You can check what’s required here

At your local Van Centre 

In order to try to ensure the safety of staff and customers we will be operating a contactless approach where possible, and aim to make all appointments efficient and memorable, whether these are to take an unaccompanied test drive, collect your new vehicle or bring your vehicle to us for service or repair. Our teams are committed to observing the recommended hygiene measures, and to ensure social distancing measures are observed, we have changed the layout of our showrooms, service areas and parking areas to leave plenty of space for everyone.

Always digitally open

Even where showrooms are closed, or for those who prefer to stay home for now, there are many ways to view and experience our products online and we welcome virtual appointments for new and used vehicles. Please contact your local Van Centre  to discuss your requirements.

Collecting a vehicle, or thinking about buying a new one?

Our aim is to make all of our customer appointments and interactions as efficient and enjoyable as possible, whether they be to view a specific model or take an unaccompanied test drive. Watch the video to find out about some of the changes we’ve made to our sales processes.

All of our vehicle handovers will follow processes designed to support social distancing, reducing the risk to both our customers and staff and operating a contactless approach where possible. One of our Van Centre team will be in touch to confirm your handover appointment date and time. They will also give you all the information you need ahead of your appointment, ensuring your experience is a simple and comfortable one. Then after your appointment they’ll be available via phone or email to help with any questions or queries you might have.

To manage the number of customers who visit our Van Centre showrooms, we will be asking you to book a timed appointment before visiting. Please contact your local Van Centre to discuss your preferred date and time and they will be delighted to discuss your enquiry.

Need to bring your vehicle in for a repair, service or routine maintenance?

If your vehicle needs a service or repair, we’re offering a number of different ways to care for you and your vehicle whilst maintaining social distancing. Our contactless approach will allow our Van Centre team to ensure they maintain your vehicle and get you back on the road as soon as possible. Through a combination of photographs and videos, they will minimise the need for any face to face contact with you. Watch the video to find out about some of the changes we’ve made to our aftersales processes.

Our Van Centres have also introduced a 25-point sanitisation process for both the inside and outside of your vehicle in addition to our existing cleaning measures. So when they return your vehicle, you can be sure it is ready for you to drive right away.

Your Van Centre will also be able to advise you on alternative transport and mobility services they can offer, such as courtesy vehicles. But please note, some of these services may be limited or withdrawn during the current situation.
