5 Services + 3 MOTs

We've partnered with Volkswagen Financial Services to create a Service & MOT Plan that will cover your scheduled service requirements for the next 5 years. Typically petrol, diesel and hybrid models need servicing every 12 months or 10,000 miles. With this inclusive plan, the required oil, inspection services and pollen filter replacements are covered. It also includes 3 MOT tests, which only become a requirement when the vehicle is 3 years old.

One of the best things about owning a new vehicle is the warranty cover, providing ultimate peace of mind. If you have a mechanical failure, you are covered for parts and labour to repair, and get you back on the road with the least impact possible. With this plan, we have extended that cover by a further 2 years or 124,000 miles, whichever comes first. No need for you to do anything, we've taken care of it.

5 Plus Promise⁠ Service Plan included with your e‑Transporter 

Much like it's conventionally fuelled equivalent, the e‑Transporter also comes with our 5 Plus Promise included in the price. Whilst you'll enjoy the same peace of mind, the details of the Service Plan differ slightly because maintaining and servicing an all-electric van is a little different from a petrol or diesel vehicle.

Over 5 Years' Servicing + 3 MOTs

We have partnered with Volkswagen Financial Services to create a Service & MOT Plan that provides cover for over 5 years. Because it is an electric vehicle, your e‑Transporter will only need a service every 24 months, or 18,000 miles. Included for you in this plan is 3 Inspections services with a pollen filter replacement and brake fluid change as per the service schedule. It also includes 3 MOTs, which only become a requirement when the vehicle is 3 years old.

How to activate your Service & MOT Plan

It's quick and easy to do, and there is no charge as your plan is already included. Once you click on the button to activate your Service Plan, simply enter your registration number, mileage and personal details. Activating your plan and providing your personal details ensures we will have the paperwork sorted for when the time comes. You will then receive documents to your chosen email address confirming activation and providing full details of your plan.
