A warranty gives more than peace of mind. It provides business owners with access to trained Volkswagen technicians who are happy to help you get moving again should your vehicle experience some trouble.

With a Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Factory Extended  Warranty or Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Extended  Warranty, any repairs will be carried out by our experienced team using only genuine parts. You can relax knowing that you will benefit from the expert care that only a Volkswagen Van Centre can deliver.

If you need to make a claim on your warranty, simply contact your nearest Volkswagen Van Centre, providing any supporting documents of your warranty.

Factory Extended Warranty

Every new Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle comes with a three-year warranty that insures you against unexpected repairs. In your third year of cover, the warranty only applies if your vehicle’s mileage is below 100,000 miles^⁠1. You can extend this warranty to include unlimited mileage so the third year is always covered.^⁠2

It’s also possible to extend the warranty for an additional one or two years or up to 150,000 miles (whichever comes first) once the three years are up. There are flexible options to suit you, so take your pick from 80,000, 120,000 and 150,000 mile limits. All options come with the following benefits:

• There’s no limit to the number of claims you can make
• You don’t have to pay an excess, and you don’t have to pay upfront and reclaim the costs
• If you sell the vehicle the warranty passes to the next owner, helping to increase your resale value
• All repairs are carried out by our authorised Van Centre network using only genuine parts
• Our warranties are competitively priced and are easy to arrange with your local Van Centre.
  

Extended Warranty

If your existing warranty is about to expire, or if you haven’t already got a warranty in place, a Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Extended Warranty is available with a range of cover options to ensure your peace of mind. With an Extended Warranty, your vehicle is never out of service for long.

• 12 months’ cover against the costs of repairing or replacing failed components on your van
• Three levels of cover - Extended Warranty Essentials, Extended Warranty Standard, or the comprehensive Extended Warranty Plus.
• A choice of excess levels - £0, £100 or £250
• Guaranteed use of an Approved Van Centre and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Trained Technicians
• Repairs using only Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Genuine Parts

Extended Warranty Standard

Delivering greater peace of mind. This warranty covers a wide range of mechanical and electrical components, should they fail suddenly during the cover period. This includes everything that’s covered in our Essentials plan, along with the Braking System, Central Locking, Air Conditioning and more – ideal for drivers who want extra support and security.

Extended Warranty Plus​

Extended Warranty Plus is our most extensive warranty . It’s designed for drivers who expect the best, offering robust protection for your vehicle, including the repair or replacement of factory-fitted mechanical and electrical components, should they fail suddenly during the cover period.
