Cashback Terms and Conditions

1.     The Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Campaign 2025 is the offer by the Promoter of up to £1,200 worth of cashback (the “Promotion”) to purchasers of brand new fully electric vehicles from any Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Van centre through retail. Eligible models include: ID. Buzz; ID Buzz Cargo and Transporter (fully electric variants only)

2.     Claims are valid for brand new retail orders made between 1^st October 2025 and 31^st October 2025 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim within 60 days of vehicle delivery and all eligible orders must be collected by 30^th June 2026 inclusive. After collection of their vehicle, eligible consumers (“the Claimant”) will receive an email with instructions on how they can claim their offer. The Claimant will have 60 days from receipt of the e-mail to complete and submit a valid claim. The Promotion will be paid in the form of Bank Transfer to the Claimant’s nominated account.

3.     The Cashback offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 years or over.

4.     Only vehicles ordered through Retail are eligible. Vehicles ordered through contract hire or fleet are not eligible.

5.     The Promotion runs from 1^st October 2025 and ends on 31^st October 2025 and only applies to orders placed within this period. Claims can only be submitted after vehicle collection, and the claim must be received by the Promoter within 60 days of vehicle collection. Claims received after this period will not be accepted and this offer will not be applied retrospectively for orders placed prior to 1^st October 2025.

6.     Claimants are eligible to receive up to £1,200, issued as 12 monthly payment of £100. Payments will be made to the bank account provided by the claimant during the redemption process.

7.     To claim the promotion, Claimants must fully complete the online claim form, including their unique code and VIN number, which will be e-mailed shortly after vehicle collection.

8.     From the date the claimant submits a valid claim for the promotion, a £100 bank transfer will be scheduled for the next available payment run. Payment runs are processed between the 10th and 20th of each calendar month. Each subsequent £100 payment will be made monthly during the respective payment runs.

9.     The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and take reasonable action to protect against fraudulent or invalid claims, including requiring further verification of proof of purchase. The Promoter may reject any claims it believes to be fraudulent or invalid.

10.  The Claimant is responsible for providing accurate bank account details. If payment is made to an incorrect account due to incorrect details provided by the Claimant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility and the funds will not be recovered.

11.  If the Claimant changes their bank account during the 12-month payment period, they must notify the Promoter by updating their details via the contact form at vwvansreward.co.uk/october25event/contact-us. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to update the payment information before the next scheduled payment run. The Promoter is not responsible for any missed payments resulting from delays or errors in updating bank details.

12.  By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13.  In the unlikely event that a Claimant returns their Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle, the Promotion must also be returned.

14.  The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
